How do you process payments?
BottleCapCo uses a secure gateway which encrypts all payment information.
What kind of payment do you accept?
BottleCapCo accepts all major credit cards as well as Paypal. Please feel free to call our friendly customer service department if you would like to place your order over the phone at 1-800-640-9978.
Is your payment process secure?
Your payment information is 100% secure! Whether you use your credit card or Paypal, we do not see or save your financial information.
Can I phone in my order?

You may return any unused item that is still in new condition for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

With each return you need to include:
1) Unused item in new condition
2) Full name that the order was placed under
3) Transaction ID
4) Reason for the return
Once we have received all items and process your return we will refund the purchase amount to the account that it was paid with.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Any order totaling $25 or more will ship for free to anywhere in the USA.
After I order, when will my order be shipped?
Our office is open Monday through Friday. Each order is shipped the next business day after the order is placed.
I ordered over the weekend, when will my order be shipped?
All weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are automatically shipped by USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Days).
Can I get my order shipped faster than 3-5 Days?
During the checkout process you will be given the option to upgrade from Free Shipping to UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days).
What materials are your bottle caps made of?
Bottle Cap Co bottle caps are made from steel.
Our standard bottle caps are tin plated steel and our mini bottle caps are zinc plated steel.
Are there any recycled materials used in the manufacturing your bottle caps?
Bottle Cap Co bottle caps are made from virgin steel, and do not contain any recycled material.
Do your bottle caps contain lead?
Bottle Cap Co bottle caps have been tested and have less than 100 parts per million lead content.
Do your bottle caps meet the new CPSC standards for lead content?
All Bottle Cap Co bottle caps meet the new CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) standards for lead content.
The New CPSC Standards for children's metal jewelry went into effect on August 14, 2011.

I heard that some bottle caps are spray painted, how are your bottle caps painted?
All of BottleCapCo bottle caps have been painted and sealed at the factory.
Will the paint scratch off of your bottle caps?
All of BottleCapCo bottle caps have been painted and sealed at the factory, the paint will only scratch off with a hard, sharp object.
Do any of your bottle caps have the rubble liner inside the cap?
All of our new bottle caps are manufactured without the rubber liner.
The only bottle caps that BottleCapCo carries that have a liner are some of our Vintage Bottle Caps.
Are your bottle caps painted on both sides?
We sell both single and double sided bottle caps.
Will your bottle caps rust and/or corrode?
All of our bottle caps are sealed on both sides with a food grade lacquer.
This keeps the bottle caps from rusting or corroding, yet still safe for your customers and children.
How will I receive my digital image file?
You will immediately receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail address you supply at checkout. In this email there will be a link to each of your PDF's with simple download instructions.
How do I view and print my digital image file?
There are many different programs that you can use to view and print your file.
Your computer will, most likely, automatically choose the correct program to open your file in.
If you are having trouble finding the correct program, we suggest that you download a free version of Adobe Reader.
Do you have any recommendations for how to use my digital image file?
Printing - We recommend that you print onto photo paper, using a standard color ink jet printer.
Gluing - We recommend that you use a thin layer of E-6000 Glue, to attach the image to the cap.
Cutting - We recommend that you use the Fiskars 1" diameter hole punch.
Protecting - We recommend that you protect your image by applying an epoxy dot over the image.
Will your digital image files work on my Mac?
Our digital image files are actually created on a Mac, and will work great on your Mac or PC.
Can I re-sell the digital image files, or reproductions of the digital image files after I purchase them?
Our digital image files are protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 and are the property of Bottle Cap Co.
By purchasing the digital image file, you receive a license from Bottle Cap Co to print and use the images in your completed and tangible craft project. You may not share, re-distribute or sell the digital image files in their raw format (digital or printed).
